The Interagency Helpdesk is staffed by BAE Systems Information Technology (located
in Herndon, Virginia) and provides both technical and functional support for
ROSS,
I-Suite,
DMS,
VIPR,
ABS, and
ICBS.
BAE Systems Information Technology's highly trained staff will be able to answer most
questions during the initial call. If further assistance or escalation is
required, the caller will be provided with a time frame for resolution and a ticket
number to be used for future reference.
