ROSS: ROSS 2.8 has deployed! ROSS 2.7 must be uninstalled prior to installing ROSS 2.8. The shortcuts to
ROSS Production do not seem to be updating if you do not remove ROSS 2.7, so you will end up attempting to connect to ROSS 2.7
even though you have installed ROSS 2.8. The easiest way to tell is by right-clicking your ROSS Prod 2 icon and going to
"Properties". The Target field on the Shortcut tab should say "C:\Program Files\ROSS\ROSSPROD2\ROSSPROD2.exe" and the Start In
field should show C:\Progra~1\ROSS\ROSSPROD2. If they do not, you can correct them manually and press Ok. If you receive an error,
ROSS 2.8 has not been installed. If you do not receive an error, your shortcut is now pointed to the correct path and should load
ROSS correctly.
I-Suite: I-Suite 2008 is now available on the
I-Suite web page. Please
be aware that if you are using the Update, the Update can only be run on a 2007 I-Suite. If you currently have 2006,
you need to upgrade to 2007 prior to upgrading to 2008. Please be sure you are logged in as a full administrator prior to
install.
